10 Months for Tyse Tyse

  • Tyson is 10 months. He goes by Tyson, Baby brother, Baby, Bubba, Mr. Mooky Moo, but most often Tyse Tyse.
  • Tyson for the last 9 months has been the most cuddly little content-to-sit boy on the planet...this last month he has really been wanting to get into things. From my sewing cabinet, to dumping out all the toys we own, this boy sure knows how to keep me cleaning.
  • He LOVES food. LOVES it. He isn't particularly keen on baby food. In fact, he will cry all while he eats baby food until you give him big people food. He loves the satisfaction of chewing on something and working in all the teeth that are ready to pop out.
  • He loves bath time and will often cry if we take him out of the shower before he feels he is ready. Haha.
  • He loves his momma, but probably loves his sister the most out of everyone. He looks to her for everything. In fact, he has even started doing these interesting 'gymnastic stretching' that he sees Kinley doing all the time.
  • He's walking along furniture, but don't try to get him to walk all by himself, he just plops his little butt on the ground as quickly as he can.
  • He wants to be outside all the time. Which makes me sad we don't have a backyard. I just want to move fast so he can have somewhere to play!
  • He's got the sweetest demeanor and the cutest looks. His curly locks have come in and it is just adorable on this little boy.
I was just reading Kinley's 10 month update and realized there were some things I wrote about her that I forgot about with him. The first child gets all the glory! haha.
  • He climbs up stairs. There isn't a whole heck of a lot off opportunity to do so, but he just went for it one day and could do it!
  • Every now and again it sounds like he is saying dada or momma.
  • He loves loves loves the little pedal car we have.
  • He will walk with a walker, but won't even stand on his own. He's being a stinker.
  • He has been in 12 month clothes ever since 9 months and is now moving on to 18 month clothes. Yikes. He's a big boy. I'm sure he will begin to thin out though and we won't get too far ahead of ourselves.
  • He loves playing catch with me. And just like his sister, he is tossing things with his left hand. So we will see. We may have two lefties on our hands. ;)
Does he not just look like a little MAN?! SO handsome!

Yum yum food and drooling.

He spends most of his days by this kitchen.

Bed head.

Rain makes mud. Mud makes this boy happy.

I love them!

He makes a pretty little girl too! ;)

9 Months

Taylor reminded me Tyson has been alive outside of my body as long as he was inside. So that's always fun! Haha.

  • Tyson has finally started crawling, as in, he is doing it regularly now. When he crawls he puts his bum way up in the air and tries to stand up...so who knows how long this crawling business will last.
  • He is also trying to pull himself up onto things, which means falling too...and probably many many bruises in the future.
  • Tyson took his first trip to the beach and he LOVED it. I could not believe how much he loved rolling around in the sand and covering himself head to foot with it. He also enjoyed eating it on occasion. Yuck!
  • He is a lover of food, and constantly wants to be snacking.
  • For the last week he has been going through some grueling teething. His nose is constantly running and he is constantly chewing, and he is sad and miserable. They still haven't come through...so let's hope in the next few days it will happen.
  • We finally had to lower his crib from the highest setting. Isn't that crazy!? It wasn't until a week ago that he finally started standing up in his bed. :)
  • Speaking of teething and his bed. It has bite marks on it now. So sad. I don't think Kinley ever did that. So his nice, new, and perfect crib is perfect no more. He is such a little beaver.
  • He is such a little cheeseball. He loves to cuddle and he is a momma's boy. But if daddy will hold him, he doesn't mind that either. He just loves cuddling with the ones he loves.
We love him, obviously. He is so fun to have around and I still feel like I have a baby most of the time because he is staying nice and cuddly. But he weighs almost as much as Kinley, so my arms get tired.

Here is his cheeseball 9 month picture. He is SO handsome! And he gets comments all the time how much he looks like my little brother, Dallin.

Diaper models, these two. This was at the beginning of the month, and Kinley has since been potty trained!
