- She is so full of laughter and fun. Her laugh is contagious (and loud), she just thinks things are SO funny.
- Kinley is still super in love with her little brother. She is always by him. He is her favorite person. Sometimes when I ask for a kiss, she won't give it to me but will only kiss Tyson. It's sweet, but admittedly, I'm jealous.
- She loves to hang from things and put her head way back. She thinks it's like the most fun thing in the world. Haha.
- Kinley has this Toy Story backpack one of my cousins gave us that she carries with her EVERYWHERE! Any time we leave the house she asks to bring the backpack. It's fun.
- Along with the backpack she loves to accessorize with hats and sunglasses. I really am having a hard time deciding... is she going to be a tom boy or a girly girl or a perfect mix of the two? She loves dance, and wearing necklaces and girly clothes, but she also loves to run around and get dirty. Only time will tell.
- She calls Macaroni "Macareeree"
- A couple weeks ago we went to the Discovery Children's Museum and they stamped Kinley's hand with an octopus. I told her what it was and never talked about it again. That night she was going on and on about an octopus (Except she couldn't pronounce it very well), and I was trying to figure out what in the heck she was talking about. Well it ended up being this octopus on her hand. I was so surprised she remembered what it was.
- She recently got a bike. She's not big on it yet, but hopefully soon.
- Her nursery leaders were telling me that she was playing and would go around saying, "NO, mine!!!" to every kid in the room...even when they weren't trying to take it. So then the leaders started saying it too and Kinley got a kick out of it. And all the kids started copying her too. She loves to say this phrase, and I really don't understand it sometimes because she will really think someone is trying to take something from her even there isn't anyone even close to her. Lol.
- We switched her to a big girl bed which worked well for a while. She still loved going to bed and getting her rest and would go down without a fight. Then a few weeks ago we let her sleepover at her cousins house... BIG MISTAKE! I think it freaked her out not to be in her own bed and has resisted every since. So now she is back in a crib until she is ok again and then we will switch it back. Silly girl.
- Also, while she had the big girl bed, when I would go into the kids room to put Tyson to sleep in his crib, Kinley would follow me in the room and lay on her bed and go to sleep too. Sometimes I would even tell her it wasn't time for her nap, but she didn't care. She just stayed in her bed. Haha. I'm telling you, she was a good sleeper. We will get it back.
- Kinley loves to watch the garbage men from the window when they come by on Monday's and Thursday's. Sometimes we even go out on the balcony. We love these garbage men because they will always wave to Kinley and honk their horn. It's such a fun little simple thing to look forward to those days.
- She is still the biggest fan of music I have ever seen in a little girl her age. It's adorable how much she loves to dance and try to sing along. I'mg going to use this to my advantage, she already knows I am a Child of God, so I'm going to see if I can get her to sing it in church. I'm guessing for now, she won't do it, but we will work on it.
The end. Kinley is adorable and I love her! And in case you missed her music video from this month here it is:
