I feel like Kinley is no longer a baby. She is just really a little person at this point. I can't point out exactly what it is, but she is just noticeably different. This has been the most notable change as far as body control goes in a month. Everything she does is much smoother and purposeful and controlled than it has been in the past.
- She can stand on her own (for a short time), she pulls herself up on everything and now she is switching from object to object to hold herself up on.
- She gets a kick out of following me around and searching for me when I hide behind the bed.
- She discovered that doors open and close and can seriously sit there forever just opening and closing them. Haha. It's the little things. (Although she did accidentally jammed her finger, which was sad, but still hasn't stopped her from continuing this fun new thing).
- She learned to crawl up the stairs, but cries going down them. haha. She does not like that.
- She says momma and dadda a ton. More dadda than momma. Which is fine by me. She absolutely ADORES her dad.
- A few times last week when Taylor left for school she cried. And then when he got home she crawled super fast towards him squealing all the while. It is freaking CUTE
- She still is loving food!
- And she loves to talk and talk and talk. Sometimes scream. But her screaming isn't angry or sad, she is just very talkative. Haha.
- She also has caught on to a lot of routines, for instance, when I get her out of her crib she always turns around and watches and waits for me to turn off her monitor. Every time her daddy is carrying her down the stairs, she turns to look at the monkey we have on the shelf. And she always watches as we close or open the garage door.
- She is still dancing away every time music comes on. She cannot resist the urge to move to the rhythm of the music. When it comes on, she stops dead in her tracks and starts to bust a move. It's super cute.
- Kinley moved up to size 4 diapers. She is a stinkin CHUNK!
